Rofori Launches CyberKnights Talent Assessment, Development, and Retention Portal

Zionsville, Indiana – Rofori Corporation is announcing the launch of its CyberKnights Talent Assessment, Development, and Retention Portal. There are over 500,000 cybersecurity job openings in the U.S., but not enough talent has been identified to meet employer needs. According to the MIT Technology Review, fewer than one in four of the candidates that apply for these positions are qualified. Employers can leverage CyberKnights to automatically match up with talent meeting their needs or view the talent pool to see available cybersecurity talent. Employers can increase retention by incorporating CyberKnights to the fullest extent within their organization to help manage employees. Employers can maximize the power of CyberKnights by managing internal talent upskill and reskilling opportunities based on organizational cybersecurity knowledge, skills, and abilities gap analysis. CertNexus Partners With CyberKnights to Address Cybersecurity Talent Assessment, Development, and Retention

Rochester, New York– CyberKnights, a product of Rofori Corporation, is at the intersection of employers, academia, training providers, and talent for the purposes of enabling cybersecurity talent assessment, development, and retention. CertNexus and CyberKnights have partnered to help grow and increase knowledge in the workforce.
The soon-to-be-launched CyberKnights portal leverages the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST), National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Framework in a multitude of ways. Talent can be assessed against the NICE Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Tasks (KSATs) and matched with employers, academia, and CertNexus training providers. Additional capabilities include cybersecurity-focused career track mapping and the ability for training providers, academia and employers to manage talent in an effort to enable life-long career management within the cybersecurity workforce.
